In the month of September, P.C., a builder known in Orient Bay, deliberately, without the least authorization and in infraction of the rules of the Réserve, stocked bulky debris collected from Orient Bay along the edges of the Etang des Salines d’Orient, at a site protected as a natural reserve. A report is being sent to the public prosecutor’s office, and the second problem is that individuals have dumped their own trash in the same spot, thinking it was an official place to deposit debris from the hurricane.
